Md. Ashraful Azad is the founder of SustainTex Solutions, a U.S.-based company focused on lean automation, Six Sigma optimization, and sustainable manufacturing practices. With over 11 years of experience in industrial engineering, Ashraful specializes in process optimization, green manufacturing, and the integration of AI-driven solutions. He is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering at Lamar University, where his research focuses on reshoring, automation, and sustainability in U.S. manufacturing. Throughout his career, Ashraful has authored multiple peer-reviewed papers that contribute to improving manufacturing efficiency and sustainability. His mission is to help U.S. factories become more competitive by adopting smart, sustainable, and efficient manufacturing systems that reduce waste, promote environmental stewardship, and drive long-term success.
