Current Openings at SustainTex Systems

SustainTex Systems is committed to advancing U.S. manufacturing by creating new, high-skilled jobs that directly support national priorities in sustainability, automation, and workforce development. Below are the current and projected roles we’re hiring for in our first three years:

Year 1: Building the Foundation (2025–2026)

In our first year, we are hiring for 5–6 key roles, including:

  • Industrial Data Analyst
    Responsible for collecting and analyzing IIoT data to optimize manufacturing processes and support sustainability goals.

  • Software Engineer (Python/BI)
    Develop real-time dashboards and AI-driven production scheduling systems to improve factory operations.

  • Lean Manufacturing Consultant
    Lead the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategies to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency in U.S. factories.

  • Sustainability Analyst
    Evaluate environmental impacts and integrate sustainable practices, materials, and energy solutions into manufacturing processes.

  • Client Integration Engineer
    Deploy IoT systems, configure ERP solutions, and integrate automation for client facilities.

Year 3: Scaling for Growth (2027–2028)

By our third year, we will expand our team with 7–8 additional roles to support our growth:

  • Systems Architect (IIoT/Cloud)
    Oversee large-scale deployments, ensure cloud security, and manage data integration for manufacturing clients.

  • Technical Product Manager
    Manage the platform roadmap and tailor automation software for multiple industry sectors.

  • Regional Deployment Managers
    Coordinate multi-state client onboarding and ensure successful regional deployments.

  • Sustainability & Compliance Lead
    Ensure compliance with EPA, DOE, and OSHA standards in sustainable manufacturing projects.
